The Next

Once the site plans have been reviewed and finalized, we will provide you with an estimate for your build. At this stage, we will also secure the necessary permits, ensuring compliance with local regulations. This sets a solid foundation for a smooth construction experience. Your project is our priority, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
Construction Begins
During this stage we will actively be working on excavation, foundation, framing, and rough-in utilities. (plumbing, electrical, HVAC.) Additionally, we will meet on site to discuss interior/exterior finishes such as cabinets, flooring, siding, etc. Customers will receive updates as we continue to move forward through this phase of the project.

In our last step, we'll focus on landscaping, conduct a thorough final walk-through, and create a punch list to ensure every detail aligns with your expectations.
